1. Overview
At DataForge IT Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our IT services.
2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel your order before work has commenced on your project:
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund (100%) will be processed.
- Within 48 hours of payment: 90% refund will be processed.
- After 48 hours but before work begins: 80% refund will be processed.
3. Cancellation After Project Commencement
Once development work has started, refund amounts will be calculated based on the work completed:
- Less than 25% completed: 50% refund of the total amount.
- 25-50% completed: 25% refund of the total amount.
- More than 50% completed: No refund. All completed work will be delivered to you.
4. Monthly/Recurring Services
For maintenance and support plans:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refund for the current billing period once services have been rendered.
- Pro-rata refunds may be considered for annual plans on a case-by-case basis.
5. Consultancy Sessions
For IT consultancy sessions:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: Rescheduling only, no refund.
- No-show: No refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method (UPI). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party licenses, domains, or hosting purchased on your behalf
- Work that has been delivered and approved by you
- Rush/express delivery charges
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to first contact us to discuss the issue. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution before proceeding with formal refund processes.
9. How to Request a Refund
