1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website dataforgeconsultancy.com and the services offered by DATAFORGE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("DataForge", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

DataForge provides IT services including software development, web development, mobile app development, API integrations, IT consultancy, and maintenance/support services as described on our website. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the selected package or a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). The total payable amount including GST is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Payment is accepted via UPI. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification through our payment gateway.

Important: Do not consider any order as confirmed until you receive a payment confirmation email from us. Pending payments that are not completed within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.

4. Service Delivery

Delivery timelines mentioned on service pages are estimates based on standard project requirements. Actual timelines may vary based on project complexity, scope changes, and client response times. We will communicate any changes to the estimated timeline proactively.

  • Simple websites: 1-4 weeks
  • Complex applications: 4-24 weeks
  • Maintenance plans: Ongoing monthly service beginning from the date of payment confirmation
  • Consultancy sessions: Scheduled within 5 business days of payment

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary information, content, credentials, feedback, and approvals required for project completion. Delays caused by late client responses will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

DataForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
